When an order is submitted through your store, online donation, or signup form, Perpetua tracks the order so you can reference or process it later. A notification email is also sent to the e-commerce administrator.
1. Managing Orders
To view the orders within Perpetua, simply click on "Site Management > E-commerce > Manage Orders".
In this window, you will see a listing of all of the orders that have been processed for that particular time frame. (1) You can change the time frame by updating the filter at the top of the window. (2) You can also click on the pencil to see the details of the order.
Please note that Perpetua only tracks the basic information for the order, and does not store any credit card information. For Accounting purposes, we would recommend that you also login to your payment gateway to view more details and to utilize additional reporting tools.
